Hi Keula,
Happy New Year to you too! I wish you all the best for 2012.
Everything was great at Christmas, everyone had wonderful time enjoyed the food especially the Turkey, Lamb, broccoli, aubergine and vegetable lasagna dishes.
It looks like the Christmas Lunch will be an annual event for us so please put us in your diary for next Christmas. I will also probably have a lunch on my birthday on July 25th but will call you nearer the time to confirm everything.
Many thanks and best wishes,
Janet

Mend a quarrel. Seek out a forgotten friend. Dismiss suspicion, and replace it with trust. Write a love letter. Share some treasure. Give a soft answer. Encourage youth. Manifest your loyalty in word and deed. Keep a promise. Find the time. Forego a grudge. Forgive an enemy. Listen. Apologize if you are wrong. Try to understand. Flout envy. Examine your demands on others. Think of your neighbor first. Be appreciative. Be kind and gentle. Laugh a little. Laugh a little more. Be deserving of the confidence of others. Extend your hand to a stranger and the warmth of your heart to a child. Find beauty in all that surrounds you. Speak your love. Speak it again. Speak it still once more!! Shout it out!!
Wishing you beautiful moments and cherished memories throughout this Joyous
Holiday Season and a New Year filled with Good Heath and Prosperity.

Keula, you and your crew did a FANTASTIC job. Everything was perfectly prepared and presented and my wife cried when she saw the table. All of the guests asked who the caterer was, so hopefully you will be receiving more business.
Thanks again,
Mark Wieland Photography

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, your family is gathered around you, and the church is already decorated. Why not have a Christmas wedding? Here are ideas and tips to have a fantastic Christmas wedding with all the trimmings.
Wedding Colors:
Red and green are natural colors for a Christmas wedding – It is likely that your church or reception site will already be decorated in red and green for other events and holiday parties. But don’t feel limited to this palate. Other possibilities, which will work with existing decorations, include:
- silver and white
- silver and light blue
- burgundy, forest green, and gold (as long as the existing decorations aren’t too primary)
- gold and cream

Wedding Cake:
Having each tier look like an individually wrapped package is a popular look that is perfect for a Christmas wedding. You might also do a take on a buche noel or yule log, with a tiered chocolate cake that has holly – either real or made of gum paste – cascading down the side. Use marzipan, an almond paste used in many holiday desserts, as a filling.
Bridesmaids Attire for a Christmas Wedding:
My favorite bridesmaid look for a Christmas wedding is long dresses with shrugs or capelets and a big faux-fur muff. But you can dress them in your wedding colors, give them long wraps or sparkly accessories, all of which will help evoke your theme.

Hosting holiday get-togethers can be a lot of fun — except with all the endless cooking and the clean up that comes with them. Our clients washed their hands of the hard stuff and enjoyed their friends and family letting Superb Cuisines to take care everything for them.
Here’s a little look inside what happened this week at our kitchen. Our Team worked really hard to make Thanksgiving enjoyable to our clients. See thank you notes below.

Let us remember that, as much has been given us, much will be expected from us, and that true homage comes from the heart as well as from the lips, and shows itself in deeds.~Theodore Roosevelt
As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.~John Fitzgerald Kennedy
As we celebrate with friends and family……..
Enjoy the turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, and stuffing this year, and try not to eat too much cranberry sauce! When we’re laying on the couch, so stuffed we can’t eat another bite, remember to be thankful for all that we have,…….. the great food we just ate and for the fact that we live in a country where feasts and celebration are possible.
God Bless the United States of America and those that continue to defend our rights.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone.

The color red is often associated with love and romance. What could be a better color to accent your wedding décor? I’m a huge fan of back, white and red . People that know me can tell… my car is black with red seats, our company logo, our trucks, business card and etc….
A black, white and red wedding theme is very elegant and lends itself to a wide variety of decorating ideas.
For Laura and Jay wedding we Incorporated those colors into the centerpieces at guest and bridal tables in several ways. Used elaborate floral arrangements, candles and more to decorate the tables.
See pics below
