NACE-Holiday Networking and 2013 Board of Directors Elections

Tuesday, December 18th, 2012

Today Superb Cuisines catered  Nace Holiday Networking and 2013 Board of Directors Elections.

Our fellow NACE members joined us for a break before the holidays with breakfast networking from Superb Cuisines in one of DC’s newest venues the District Architecture Center. It was given thanks to the members of the 2012 Board of Directors and  it was casted our votes for our new 2013 Board of Directors. We all enjoyed holiday tunes from DC Music Entertainment as we sipped  on a made to order latte, cappucino or espresso from Travelling Bean.

Happy Holidays!

Yes … We do Sandwiches & Wraps too!

Saturday, April 7th, 2012

So many times I have had clients that have been using us for the past four years and they don’t know that Superb Cuisines also does sandwiches and wraps … and YES we do it all, we do sandwiches and wraps.

I have been thinking about this and realized that the reason some of our clients assume we don’t caterer small functions is because they have always hired us for their big functions, including galas, fundraisers, retirement parties, open houses, weddings, bat/bar mitzvahs, etc … all the high end and upscale events … but guess what? The answer is YES … WE DO SANDWICHES AND WRAPS TOO!  So if you are planning a breakfast, lunch for your staff meeting, or any corporate event, please don’t hesitate to contact us to place your order.

We will guarantee to deliver versatile, fresh and delicious sandwiches and wraps that are sure to inspire you and your guests to enjoy these lunchtime alternatives any time of the day.

Please check our corporate menu

Doorways for Women and Families-Breakfast in Arlington-VA

It was such a pleasure to be part of this event again. We started very early in the morning (4:00am) to be able to serve 300 people a plated breakfast, but it was certainly worth it. For such a great cause, we would do this any day … and everyday!

Who doesn’t envision a community where all people live free of violence and have safe and stable housing?

Who doesn’t see a future without homelessness – or domestic violence? And it’s why Doorways for women and families offer safe shelter and housing. Life-changing support services. And community advocacy.

Their Approach … there is no single cause of family homelessness, and no single service that can help families overcome their barriers to independence. Family trauma impacts nearly every aspect of family functioning, so their services target to multiple life areas for adults and children. You’ll find services that are comprehensive, family-centered and strength-based.

Their work continues until individuals and families demonstrate skills to sustain independence and family safety – a contrast to many programs with strict time limits on participation. Simply put, they have not succeeded if one family returns to homelessness or unsafe housing.

See pics below-as well as a thank you note from our client.

Hi  Keula & Charla
I want to thank you both for helping Doorways put on an incredible event yesterday.  Our guests had a wonderful time and everything went very smoothly.  Thank you for your support in helping us share the work we do with the community.Thank you,Heather

I wanted to thank you for helping us pull off an amazing event. This fundraiser was HUGE for our agency in raising funds to keep our safehouse and family home open and operating! We appreciate everything and hope you don’t have to be at work at 4:30 am this week! :-)

I’m so impressed with this company’s mission.  They are supporting HIV/AIDS clinical trials in the U.S. and providing similar services in Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Superb Cuisines supports this team’s weekly employee meetings with continental breakfasts with our chef’s home made muffins and pastries and of course a selection of fresh fruits … a good call for our 100 degree weather this summer!
